I had my 50th Birthday here. The venue was fantastic. I had access to the room for decorating all day. The staff and the food was fantastic. A excellent place for any function.

Decided I needed a pamper weekend so I booked into the Sebel. I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very comfortable, with bath, robes, very nice tasteful furniture. The vineyards are close by and the service and amenities at the Sebel were just what I needed. Dinner on the balcony overlooking a beautiful rose garden with fountain. My room had a balcony with sweeping views of the Hunter Valley wineries. Heated pool and gym, I couldn't ask for more. Overall a great escape.

I stayed at the Sebal and ate at Infuzions Restaurant. The food was devine I had Lamb Duo, 2 Point lamb rack, slow braised pulled lamb shoulder served on baby summer vegetables with a hunter shiraz glaze.... Went down nicely with the Hunter Valley Tyrells Moore's Creek Sauvignon Blanc. I chose to sit outside overlooking the garden. The view equaled the food. Highly recommended.

Great Pizza, good prices. Gourmet, traditional and even gluten free. The staff checked all the labels for me to make sure all ingredients were gluten free.. Highly recommended

Excellent Chinese take away, the staff are friendly and the food is good value for money. I especially like the satay ho fan noodles. My son loves their satay chicken and fried rice.
