Terrible service! They held our paper title for our property, and when we used a different conveyancer to handle our property sale, they deliberately became unavailable and deliberately slowed the procedure down. They wouldn't take our conveyancers calls, and were very rude when we had to try and get straight answers from them as well.
How you treat a customer at the beginning, and at the end of a transaction are equally important if you want a customer to return. We will never use their business for any other service again due to their poor attitude.
