We recently had our home updated with new blinds & curtains. We had inside cellular blinds put onto most windows. They are a great option and look amazing.

But what we are most happy about was the external solar powered blinds. We had these installed on all north and west facing windows. They are fantastic. They have kept literally all the heat out and we can still see out onto our view. We chose motorisation as it gave us ease of operation on the 2nd storey. I’m just amazed at how they are all solar powered so we did not need an electrician. Phew ‍

Horrible experience. If you engage them, I would strongly advise against agreeing to pay before the job is 100% complete - their service drops off completely once they have been paid.

Admittedly my job was tricky with a single outdoor installation. The result was at least 6 visits to install, 2 rounds of damage, one of which required an insurance claim. Being a brand new house, we thought it was relatively straight forward to resolve the issues, but they denied causing the damage and took active steps to blame us for it. They left the site filthy afterwards. If you have doubts early, it doesn't get better.

We ve been using these guys for nearly ten years. Always on the ball. Great service and products to choose from. We even had them sort out my mother in law for all her interior blinds etc. She's not easy to please, but was super happy with the results.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Innovative curtains and blinds.
From the initial phone call with reception who booked in the appointment, to the knowledge and professionalism provided by the sales consultant Tabet. He was able to suggest a curtain and sheer design from what we described, which has exceeded our expectations and looks amazing.
The curtains were installed by one of their fitters Mathew, who was punctual and tidy.
This is our second dealing with Innovative curtains and blinds and put simply we would not go anywhere else!

I spent a considerable amount of money with this business and had hoped for reasonable customer service. The sample wallpaper I had did not match the actual wallpaper I received and the company unfortunately refused to exchange the wallpaper for an alternative. It was disappointing considering the amount of money I spent.
