You can purchase printer related goods or services either in the shop or phone and your goods will be promptly delivered. Wonderful attentive service. This is the 2nd printer I have purchased here in 6 months - one for business use and the other for my home. In each case the staff have taken time to guide me to the best quality and most economical printer for my particular needs. Their prices are also very competitive. Great Service - my printer indicated the three colour toner cartridges needed replacing so I called inprintations at 11.45am. Robert promised he'd deliver them that afternoon and did so, himself, at 6pm. The price was competitive ($156 each for genuine Brother vs $165 at Office Works. I had previously bought the MFC-L3770 printer from him and there too his service was geat and price thorouhly competitive with Officeworks,

I have been buying my printer ribbons from this company for about 3 years now. If they happen not to have them they will get them the next day for me, then ring me when the arrive. Their service is excellent and also with a smile. Highly recommend this company.
