I used Inprintations for the first time last year after my Brother MFC broke down when I try to do the firmgrade. Robert is very professional and explained to me what's wrong. Service is quick and most important, the charge is reasonable.
My second Brother MFC broke down earlier this month. I took it in on Tuesday and was told it is ready for pick up on Wednesday. Roxy explained to me the reason why it broke down and how to avoid in the future. Once again, the charge is reasonable.

Of all the times for my printer head to toss it in, it had to happen when every last printer in Melbourne had been sold. I was recommended to contact Robert of Inprintations to see if he could help. Well that he did. We talked about options - repair or buy and was candid enough about the cost and time frame for repair and it became obvious that buying made sense. He worked out with me what would be suitable by capability and cost. He then researched my preference for Cannon quality and called me back about what was available. After a few phone calls to the importer that fell off the options list. We agreed Brother which he fully explained and agreed a pretty good discount. I am very happy with the capability and cost. Rob and his team were terrific, especially amidst the Co-vid19 rush on home tech services. Our Brother printer's fuser went as did the printer quality, and Rob perservered to investigate and remedy all these problems, and as a result of his good working relationship with Brother, was able to solve all of the problems. Rob was always so willing to assist, and his communication skills in conveying the nature of the problems and their solutions were greatly appreciated. Many thanks indeed.
