Just received their report and have to say " superp" Awesome guys and very thorough. Our settlement agent recommended this company and said: These guys are the best. Truly they are. Highly recommended. They found some termite damaged timber in the roof and a wall has been removed which was supposed to be a load bearing one. My other Inspector 2 years ago did not go into the roof space. When I asked these guys they said that there are always checking the roof if possible. And they did!!!. Great Inspector. My expectations have been exceeded.

Inspector Group is the company to call!
The real estate agent provided us a inspection report from another company which was conducted in 2013.And the fact that the house was only 5 years old, he said we don't need another inspection.
But for our piece of mind we ordered Inspector Group. They were highly recommended by a friend.
I called the day before I needed their service. Although they had some tight scheduling, they accommodated my needs by moving some things around.
At the end some major structural defects were found to the roof.The inspector found some major roof structure deflections due to unusual combination of light metal trusses, with clay tiles as cover.
It turned out that the roof covering was to heavy for this kind of roof structure.
Not sure but at the end we probably saved A$25.000 - 30.000. The owner did not agree to fix it and the house ins now back on the market.

Given the premium price of his work, I had very high expectations of Inspector Groups work, and I'm happy to say those expectations have been exceeded.
We will use them for our next project again.

We had Peter from www.Inspectorgroup.com.au do a pre-inspection of our new home and he did an amazing job finding issues my real estate agent and I totally missed. He is extremely competent in his work, knows everything about houses and how to fix them, and is very generous in providing clarification. Unlike other companies, he provides verification of leaks using a thermal imager at no additional cost. He goes above and beyond the services of a Building Inspector. BEST INSPECTORS and BEST SERVICE ever!

In comparison, our building inspector last year was in and out so fast and only had a few things to say to us. No inspection tools ect. We really appreciated Inspectorgroup (Peter) after seeing the vast difference w/the other guys. Seriously, you want excellent and personable service, it doesn't get any better with their Inspection Service.
I was told by numerous people that the inspection is generally overpriced and a waste of time to use any Inspector. I'm happy to say that Peter from Inspectorgroup is the only inspector disproved both of those statements.

In terms of quality, Peter (the German guy with his nice accent) is extremely knowledgeable and took his time to complete a very through assessment - his final report (he sends you a PDF) was quite detailed with pictures of my new property throughout. He also pointed out a number watchouts and tips informally to me during the walk through.

These guys are very good. I had several building inspectors in the past for other property's and was always disappointment. Our settlement agent recommended this company and they did a great job. My new purchased house is only 5 years old and they found several major structural defects within the building. The Seller has a 6 year warranty and they now will ask the builder to repair all these defects.
As to be honest I didn't expect anything because it's a new house and the sellers were surprised too when they received the report. They thought that their property will pass the structural inspection.

Very good Service. Fast Turnaround. Will recommend them to all my friends and will use them for my next property again. The report was very detailed and some major issues were found. We "luckily" got out of the contract at the end and looking for a new one at the moment.

They did a very thorough inspection for my new house. There were no bigger issues but the presented themselves very professional. There were some cracks in walls and I was worried about these cracks.
