Having had some finance issues as well as most of aussies, i have to say how thankful i am that when asked you can split your bill over a certain amount of time instead of having to find a huge amount of money in one go, the sales team are so helpful

Each month after receiving my electricity bill I phoned Integral to discuss my climbing account. I could not understand the increases and they could give me no answer. Finally, after the forth bill I phoned and demanded an answer as to why my bill was increasing so much and at such a fast rate and threatened to take my business elsewhere. With that they told me that they were able to give me a discount on my rate from then on. This amazes me as it took over 4 phone calls and a threat to take my business to another provider for them to finally give me a discount. I then waited for my next bill. When it arrived I found that there had been no discount applied. I again phoned Integral Energy and was given the run around. No one knew what I was talking about and it was 3 more months, a lot of phone calls and emails and a lot of effort to finally receive my discount. They did not back date the discount. I think all electricity providers are pretty bad but Integral Energy definitely do their best to tick you off and rip you off! The only reason I gave them 3 stars for quality is because there is no other way to rate the quality of electricity, it's all much of a muchness.

Switched to Integral late last year to reduce our electricity bill - the first bill we received was around $60-$70 less than usual, hope it's going to continue that way! Their service isn't fantastic but compared to other electricity suppliers they're probably on a par. They have a rewards program that lets you get discounts on different services and products once you are an account holder with Integral.

I recently moved house and organised to have power connected at my new place. Rang Integral and was told I had to meet a technition who would be at the property between 1pm and 6 pm saturday......Noone had showed up by 530pm saturday so i ring them..was hung up on twice then told ring back monday...Rang energex to find out they had stuffed up the work order and sent an address to have have power supplied to..but no customer name, phone number or date for the job to be done. I lost about 350 dollars of food from my freezer and fridge..when i rang to complain i was treated like a liar and told it wasn't there fault and no apology or compensation for wasting my time and my lost food!
