10/ 10 from reception to dentist, i had major work done including veneers and crowns with Dr. Sonny it gave me confidence and reason to smile. Keep it up

Dentist Sonny worst then ever you can expect .
I would say if you want to loose your money and teeth go in this clinic.

I would like to say if you are nervous about going back to see the dentist after many months knowing you probably have to get a bit of work done you have nothing to worry about here, this dental practice makes you feel calm the minute you sit down and let me tell you Dr Sonny had me totally calm after the work I have had to have done due to a few health issues as well as general dental work that you might need by the time you get to 50, I really appreciated that Dr Sonny was so calm yet professional and if your dentist is calm and focused then you are bound to be looked after I also say that his staff are very polite and friendly and will go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable I would definitely recommend this dentist for children although mine are all grown up now but I remember they used to do well if the dentist was calm and in control and Dr Sonny is definitely that so definitely take the time to try him out if you are looking for a good dentist for your children Thanks to Integrated dental for helping me feel at ease!

Caring staff, really looked after my 9 year old daughter who was anxious - dentist(Sonny) was great, very caring and explains every thing before doing. highly recommended

I would highly recommend this dentist very helpful and explained every thing in detail, reasonably prices, although I do not visit dentist regularly being anxious person, but I had treatment with no problems and I think I can visit dentist more often now .

I went there this morning with a cracked tooth. All I wanted was it pulled. The dentist has read my file, questioned me about a steroid I was taking , then proceeded to do the check up and x-ray. It was only after that he said he wouldn't pull the tooth because of my meds. He knew from the beginning but still went through with the other things so I was billed for nothing. Scam artists I say. I won't be going back

Didnt like the way I was rushed through the the xray and clean without giving me the time to think over what was gong on as it was my first visit to the clinic..I saw [Redacted name] and wasn't very happy with the service.

Extremely friendly at the reception offers advice.
I had a very sore tooth an gums.
Dr Peter Kipnis was my dentist who gave me a detailed explanation of th dental problems an options all explained
That were removal or root canal. But contacted me later to say was going to try to save the tooth with a filling and if that did not work would remove it at extra charge.
They even cover the gap for my basic extra health insurance.
Highly recommend integrated dental.

Worst dentist ever. Rude and over charges. She rushed through the treatment while watching the Ellen Dengeneres show. The clean was a joke. Have always looked after my teeth and have never had such a terrible clean like this. My husband had experienced her before and was shocked to hear that I had attended her clinic.

Been with Naomi since Narre Warren. Service is always reliable and of superior quality.

Very friendly staff. Very gentle when a filling is required. I did not even feel the needle! Really gentle and understanding with children.

Dentists are patience, give explanations to what they are doing. They care how the patients feel during the procedures.

Doctor Lee is amazing. The fact I can walk out of the dentist smiling even after some serious work has been done, says only good things I think.

She is the worst dentist I have ever visited. I am very doubtful of her skills. I went for a regular tooth clean but the teeth were not cleaned. She skimmed through mine within minutes. I was charged for removing calculus but the plague remained. I knew this because this was not how other dentists would work when they cleaned my teeth. I have very small gaps between some of them that would gradually be filled up by plague between visits. After each clean, they would be visible after a dental service. This does not happen. If a dentist is not able to perform a clean properly, what else could you expect?

I wish i had read further reviews on the orthodontist here before i went. I felt rushed and was treated rudely when i said i didn't want to get xrays and moulds done right then and there because i wanted to consult with my husband first. When she discussed prices and payment plans she rushed through it and i could barely follow or understand what she was talking about. In saying that the facilities are lovely and the receptionist are great.
