The entire team at Integrated Health - Narre Warren are amazing. Through the use of clinical Pilates and hands on treatment, Joan and Kate have resolved my back pain. Now I know how to look for the warning signs and have some exercises to manage any situations that could result in a flare up. I cannot thank them enough. And to top it all off the entire team from Karen at the front desk to the therapists out the back are incredibly friendly and it is a very positive environment to visit!
