Unprofessional. I had a 10.15 appointment. After sitting in their waiting room for one hour and ten minutes I had to leave to attend another appointment. There was no sign of me being seen in the near future. They have now sent me a letter warning me they will charge for a no show. I won't be going back.

Prior to having children, I was never sick very much and therefore did not have a regular doctor. However, this became much more important once I had my first daughter. The doctors at this medical centre are very high quality - and great with kids (especially my first daughter, who really didn't like going to the doctor). Waiting times are generally quite good and prices are comparative to other medical centres. Can be quite difficult to get onto their books unless you already have a family member going there.

The Receptionists are extremely friendly, as they are the 1st contact point, there is about 6 Doctors on at any time, that cover a wide range of medical services, they are all very professional & they do not discriminate anyone about their medical condition that they may have, they are very thorough to stop the Dr shoppers getting what they want as the 1st appointment is a half hour, so they can discuss your problems & decide on the best courser of action for each patient. They bulk bill the low income & unemployed
