I offer excellence in Interior Design, Interior Decorating and Styling. I design, create and style beautiful interiors for homes and businesses on the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding areas. As a professional Interior Designer, I am able to ensure an extremely high standard with all areas of your interior design, renovating, interior decorating or styling project.

Qualifications

My formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Education, completed in 2000.

In 2019, I successfully completed an eight week course in Interior Design and Decoration at Chisholm, Frankston with great feedback from my course lecturer.

I successfully completed my Certificate of Interior Design with the Interior Design Institute, online education.

I have been formally studying Interior Design for over a year with exceptionally high results and excellent feedback from my Interior Design tutor, Vicki Mullins, Interior Design Institute.

Experience & Commendation

My experience with renovating includes renovating three of my own homes. Before and after photos are featured of two of these homes on the Interior Design with Style! website, interiordesignwithstyle.com. I have styled two homes for sale with pleasing sales results within the expected price range and time frame. I have experience with selecting a suitable floorplan, material and product selection and creating beautiful interiors for new home designs. I am currently in the process of building a new home in Mount Martha. I am also planning beautiful interiors for my new home. In 2019, I designed and co-ordinated our kitchen renovation. My kitchen renovation was awarded best home renovation project for May 2020 with the Interior Design Institute for the amazing transformation from the old kitchen to the new beautiful kitchen. Photos and a review with comments from the Interior Design Institute are featured on my website, Interior Design with Style! and also the Interior Design Institute's Instagram page, online education.

My kitchen renovation was beautiful and had real WOW factor! The newly renovated kitchen with styling of our home resulted in our home selling in one week from the completion date of the kitchen renovation.

The presentation of a home or business for sale is essential. Great styling and presentation is likely to make your home or business more attractive for a greater range of purchasers and is likely to achieve a higher sale price within the expected timeline.

My interior design knowledge, experience and advice will provide confidence with style, colour, material, product, and trade selection for your renovating, decorating or styling project. I will ensure that you are offered quality products and materials to enable you to make informed choices for new or improved interiors for your home or business.

My goal is to deliver the best possible outcome for your interior design project. I will also design your project to your design brief and price point and within the expected timeline with consideration of the project's requirements and trades.

I may be able to offer you trade discounts for many products and materials depending on chosen products and suppliers. I may also be able to offer trade discounts for delivery costs for your products and materials depending on your project and requirements with particular suppliers.

I work collaboratively together with a qualified and registered trades including a builder, building designer, architect, plumbers, electricians and carpentry trades for major home or business renovations depending on your projects requirements. We will then work together as a team with qualified trades to design, create and your completed renovation project.

I worked with Bren on a kitchen living room renovation.
Her styling was perfect for the space everything flowed and her style was very Lux...
She is easy to get along with and was realistic with budget and pricing.
Definitely recommend her to anyone getting stuck with styling and design.

Thank you Luke for positive comments and great recommendation. Yes, there was certainly a huge transformation from the old kitchen to the new renovated kitchen. The new polished porcelain splashbacks, extended open bench top, new appliance bench, soft closing drawers, copper tapware, white blanco sink, sleek electric cooktop, pendant lights and LED lighting all looked AMAZING! I don’t know how she did it but with a simple briefing somehow she got into my head. I thought there would be so much back and forth but she nailed it super fast. I think because she paid so much attention to what I Told her and asked questions about why I had selected items in my home that I love. Honestly this took all that worry out of how do you pick things that all look good together. Bren was able to connect elements of my house into the bathroom she designed for me so that even though it’s only one room, everything came together. I’ve booked her to come and do the rest now. I think this could be addictive.

Thank you Cameron, my kitchen renovation and beautiful transformation certainly had a huge impact on transforming our home. My styling also presented our home at its best. These two factors made our home very attractive for buyers and resulted in a sale within our time line and price point!
