I-Tech was by far the cheapest for the laptop I was wanting to purchase.

I purchased during the Christmas - New Year Break so there was a delay as to be expected.

My only issue with I-Tech is that there was a few days delay in dispatching the laptop due to out of stock issues and I did not receive an email to say the item had been dispatched. Luckily I was home when the courier knocked on my door.

I did contact I-Tech to find out what was happening with my order and they were professional and courteous.

Would I use I-Tech again? I definitely would.

I ordered a product a few days out from Christmas because it was the best price available. First time using this group, I transferred the money via b pay on Friday, order confirmed on Monday and by Thursday I had the product delivered. Great price and service, will use again.

They are very professional and many times very competitive with prices. They have a regular news letter with discounted products and you can score a great bargain. I have been ordering from them for years and not once had a problem with product or delivery. Also if you are looking for a product you cannot find in local shops, there is a chance you will get it here.

I ordered an AOC 24" PC monitor from i-Tech, then several hours later was reviewing my purchase and saw another AOC monitor with slightly preferable specifications on their website. Upon contacting customer service and explaining the situation, they immediately allowed me to cancel my order and processed an instant refund, allowing me to place a new order for the preferred monitor at no extra cost, which was dispatched later that day. I was very pleased they allowed this.

The correct monitor arrived promptly (within 3 business days, counting the day I placed the order), in perfect brand-new sealed-box condition, and required absolutely no setup whatsoever when plugging it into my Windows 10 PC via VGA cable, or my Android Smart TV box via HDMI cable. Resolution, colours and contrast are all beautifully displayed, with no warping, glare, pixelation, stretching or black bars at the edges. Plug-and-play to a T.

I'd recommend the AOC 23.6" E2470SW monitor to anyone who enjoys gaming or streaming video with zero lag at a 1ms response time, on an almost vivid medium-size screen. Especially at $159 AUD, it's an excellent deal.

I'd recommend i-Tech to anyone who wants top-quality technology - machines, accessories, gadgets and peripherals - at a better price than you could find in-store (barring perhaps at a clerance/closing sale). I'm a 100% satisfied first-time customer.
