Got the Brazilian hair straightening and my hair isn't really any straighter. What a waste of money. Hairdressers were completely disinterested. Appointment system is a disaster. They had me written down at three different times for appointments, none of which were right. Had to ask for a cup of tea. Called manager to complain and she just blamed everyone else and didn't care. They give out "vouchers" all day on their Facebook page but don't care when those people come in to redeem their vouchers. Complete waste of my time and money.

I asked for a new style cut and dark brown colour. The hair dye burned my scalp and my roots ended up ginger, which I wasn't happy about. The new style didn't eventuate as the 'cut' involved a few snips. That was the one and only time I went!!

Friendly staff welcomed me on arrival. My hair was washed, treated, cut, styled, and blow dried by a experienced & professional staff, and two complimentary cups of coffee were included.
