Traditional Chinese massage using the forearms and elbows more than the hands. Very good for deep tissue massage, tight and tired muscles. Premises are clean and the prices are reasonable.

We stayed in a Standard Cabin. Customer service was disappointing, the cabin was well over due for refurbishment with a stained couch, uncomfortable bed, scuffed walls and peeling fixtures. Good points are the cabin had its own toilet, heating and cooling. It was also clean. We stayed down here for 6 nights, and I was glad we had got a discount through an online holiday site.

While our cat was boarding here, she grazed her eye and the staff didn't pick up on it. To be fair to the staff, the cat parked itself at the top of the pen out of arm's reach the whole time we were away. The pen was quite large, and gave the cat ample room to move. The staff keep the premises clean, and the prices are the lowest in Adelaide. The dog and cat boarding seem to be located in the same building, which upsets the cats.

As far as pet adoption goes, this is the place to visit. We adopted our cat from here after several visits to find the right pet. The AWL really looks after the cats and dogs that it takes in. The dogs are exercised and trained, and the cats are given a lot of toys, an area to sun themselves in, blankets and a large pen to run around in.

This cattery provides a complimentary 12 point physical examination every time we book our moggy in. Our cat has stayed there twice, and has come back healthy both times. The first time there weren't many other cats in there so our cat got a lot of attention and cuddles, which she loved. The second time she was in there there were a lot of other cats and she didn't get any cuddles, so wasn't a happy camper.

Quality is a bit hit and miss depending on who you get, but usually the masseurs are above average with strong hands. The price is good, it works out to $1 per minute. Communication is occasionally an issue as some of the staff have not been in Australia long.

We rented a flat through Phil McMahon Glenelg for 2 years, and their service was so appalling that we will never rent through them again. They did not: conduct basic maintenance; return phone calls; respond to emails; or conduct the 3 monthly inspections of the property despite sending out letters saying they would. They charge more rent than the market rent, and do not look after the landlord or the tenant. They did not advise the landlord of the tree growing out of the stormwater drain or the collapsing retaining wall. When we wanted to leave the flat due to the complete lack of maintenance and communication, they jacked the rent up 11% and it took them 6 weeks to find a new tenant.

Overall we were satisfied with Four Points' services, but communication could have been a bit clearer on their part. For example, Four Points emailed our personal email addresses, which we can't check from work, advising us that we had to get several thousand dollars to them the next business day. That caused a bit of a panic, but we managed to get the money to them on time. For such important communications, telephone contact is really a must rather than relying on personal email addresses. Apart from that, the initial consultation was thorough and informative, and settlement went through without a glitch.

We had a split system air conditioner installed by Mundy this week. We decided to use them because their website was very upfront with services offered, and we wanted to support a South Australian business. They came out to give us a quote, and have been friendly and professional at all times. After the air con was installed, I noticed that a brick the unit was attached to had come loose, and the business owner was very obliging in fixing it.

My wife and I are very happy with the work Brian did for us at our flat. He finished today, so I thought I would leave some feedback. Brian painted an interior timber wall to match the paint colour of the other walls in the room and fixed up paint on a vermiculite ceiling (the previous painter had missed a few spots). Brian also graded the floor between the hall and the bathroom for us as the floor height difference was a tripping hazard. He finished the work earlier than expected, was clear with pricing and has been very good at communicating with us throughout the process. Brian will be the first person I call next time we need some work done.

The meat is top quality and delicious. Unfortunately it is also very expensive and prices are a fair bit higher than other butcher shops. If you have deep pockets, this might be the butcher for you. Regular jos like me are better off going elsewhere.
