Not knowing exactly myself what to expect from visiting a life coach, or what the outcome would be, I visited Shirley with a list of things that I wished to improve in my life . This lady was amazing . The way she managed to tap into my life issues that had been bottled up for years and helped me see a pathway through was an absolute godsend. Shirleys ability to link physical/ emotional issues with the way I let (the not so big problems) in life take over my day to day home and work life , is a credit to her. Shirley has set me on a pathway to improving my life of change and being true to myself. I totally recommend this lady to anyone wanting some real direction in life.

I read some of the testimonials on the Intuitive Wellness website and thought I would give an online counseling session a try with Shirley Williams (via Skype). Whilst it was a little daunting at first speaking to her through my computer, I soon realised that it was well worth it.

I've been to other life coaches who gave me ‘surface strategies', whereas Shirley got straight to the root of the issues and helped me to address the underlying fears that were causing them. Shirley helped me to identify what was preventing me from realising my true goals. I've since resigned from the job I was unhappy in and started my own business which has led me to a much more fulfilling career. I'd recommend Shirley to anyone.
