The receptionist was very friendly. My appointment for a free assessment worth $500 was at 10.30am, but I arrived a little early. I didn't have to wait long until I was called in to talk about invisalign and whether it was suitable for me, my payment options, and also an orthodontist that would be suitable to give me my treatment. This talk went for about 20-30 minutes. After that they took an x-ray of my teeth, and pictures of my profile and several pictures of my teeth. They then took impressions of my teeth, all of which were sent to the orthodontist recommended by them. After I left, I immediately called the orthodontist and made an appointment for that was to be 3 weeks away. After attending the appointment, where the orthodontist explained all the procedures, and specifications, I was sent an email that let me know all the costs, and a general overview of what treatment I would get. Everything was well organised, and fast. However, because I needed to pay $3750.00 to invisalign upfront for the aligners, and I was not approved enough credit from CareCredit, I could not make an appointment with Invisalign to get my impressions, so the aligners could be manufactured. Hopefully, in a few months I will have this money, and I will start my treatment then. Looking forward to getting started!
