When my kids managed to get maple syrup into a Nintendo switch card reader (and game cards) the guys at iPD came to the rescue. Excellent brisk service and identification of problem

I expected having to replace the motherboard in my iPhone after I dropped it on a hard floor and half the screen went black - I couldn't take calls and it wouldn't accept my thumb print. I explained in an email to iPD, my iPhone still connected to my earphones and Apple Watch. I got a response the motherboard was probably still OK with all those things working and to drop in the phone and they'd replace the screen within the hour and fix the problem. I jumped in the car and rather than going to Apple and being told to replace the iPhone for more than $1,000, I paid $150 for a new screen and screen protector, which restored my iPhone.
