Working with IQ Construction was the best choice we could of made. From start to completion their customer service and organisation was amazing, and the finished product was exactly what we'd hoped for and more!

My experience with IQ was fabulous, from first meeting Dave, he absolutely understood what I required for my Granny Flat, and designed the most beautiful space for me to live.
Then to Daniel, building supervisor, he kept me updated all the way through. Every question was answered promptly and in detail.
Daniel even included my grandchildren, daughter & son in-law, in a particular project on their house, and my granny flat. Providing hard hats, hammers, nails, stepladders and instructions.
What wonderful memories we all have of being so hands on during the build.
We can all say, we actually “built” a little part of our dream homes.

We initially contacted IQ because two of our friends had houses built by IQ and had recommended them to us.
Our early meetings with them gave us confidence that we had found the right builders to entrust with building our home.
We found them transparent and honest to deal with, and the build process was managed efficiently, with minimum disruptions.
The challenges that come with every project were dealt with in a fair and reasonable manner, and as the house progressed, it was often noted that extra care had been taken to ensure a quality build.
We have now lived in our home for six months, and it has thoroughly justified our decision to build with IQ, proving to be exactly what we had envisioned.

Now that our house is finished we just want to record here how IQ Construction has done an overall amazing job for us! If you are looking for reliable and honest builders who really care, then these are the ones. John, our site supervisor, was always available to answer our queries and address our concerns. He always went the extra mile for us. The tradesman also were careful and caring; they never missed anything; really, they were great! We also appreciated that we could play a big role in designing our own home. The design process did take quite long, but it involved many try-outs and changes made by us. We could make as many changes as we wanted. Yes, once the build started we had to pay for variations, but the amount was always predictable because we’d already agreed on the builder’s margin. And that didn’t vary.
Out build was finished 2 months before the predicted time. And the after care has been A1. There were some mine hiccups, for example, somehow sand had gotten into the filter of the hot water system. Arnold, our after care manager, was promptly sent in the relevant tradesmen to fix any problems we had. The whole process of building was stress free and I think mainly because all our communication was so prompt and open. And the reception staff helped with that as well; they were great. Thanks also for all the cups of tea and coffee you made us girls! And thanks to Dave the designer for his patience. Thanks IQ for all your work.

We found the right builder to work with us to design and build our dream home. It was a pleasure to work with John, Dave and Daniel, and to have them on the same page and to be as vested and passionate about our house as us. They saw our visions and strived to make them realities and produce a beautiful, quality, well-built home, and I am thrilled with the result. Would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic service! I built my home through IQ and was very pleased with the attention to detail and the quality of the home at handover stage. Our experience with building with IQ Constructions was very positive right from the very start. In talking to John, he immediately was keen to listen to what we wanted and was very patient with our decision-making. Our extension was something that we wanted to get right to maximise the investment in our house. Through a number of plans, we kicked around ideas and each time, John listened to our requests and implemented what was feasible. The whole process was explained clearly to us each step of the way. The tradespeople were all excellent to work with which was important as we had a young family with a newborn baby in the house. We bought a block in an estate south of Perth and were recommended to build with IQ Construction via word of mouth. Already from the initial consultation we were very happy with our decision to build with a small residential builder. We love our new home built by IQ Construction. We wanted to incorporate some of our own trades and were extremely happy with IQ Construction’s flexibility when we brought it up. We gave the task of a major renovation of our home to IQ Construction, after a recommendation from a friend. We are extremely pleased with the result, and also with the entire process, which could potentially be quite disruptive because we stayed in the home during the renovation. John and Dwayne kept us involved & informed through every step, from initial documentation to final handover. They have a very clear focus on quality and what impressed us most is the attitude and professionalism of the tradespeople they employ. IQ Construction came on board at the design phase of our renovation/addition and helped with overcoming engineering difficulties, made suggestions for improvements and did all the hard work of getting it through council. As the project unfolded they maintained close communication in regards to progress, difficulties and changes and were always willing to work with our requirements and stipulations. This included other minor improvements and changes to other parts of our house. A range of friendly sub-contractors performed quality work to supplement the tasks undertaken by the IQ team. All this occurred while we remained living on the property with our large family. In the end we were given the keys to a wonderful addition that was even better than we could have ever imagined. IQ Constructions under the capable leadership of John Bron would be our first choice for any building requirements.

Having never built before and only ever hearing horror stories of delayed build times and defects etc, I was very pleasantly surprised at the speed and quality of which the build was done.
