I will NEVER return, i haven't ever been treated so badly by a business. I would not recommend to anyone, especially young expecting mothers.

I had an ultrasound done to find out the duration of my first pregnancy, the man who performed the ultrasound tried to shut my partner out of the room and was not impressed that i wanted him present, after this he didn't speak a word to me the entire procedure. After the ultrasound i was pretty upset due the fact i thought that my first ultrasound would be a nice experience, when i brang it up with the lady at reception (who i later found out was the owner & manager) i was immediately shut down & told that it was "not his job to talk to me, or hold my hand". I left there in tears, and was hoping i wouldn't have the deal with them again.

A few days later when i spoke to my doctor, she told me the report they generated at Iris imaging said i wasn't pregnant at all, i then called Iris Imaging and asked to speak to the owner.
I asked her why no body had said anything to me and why a Vaginal ultrasound wasn't done when there was no sign of the baby... the manager/Owner responded by screaming at me through the phone and telling me repeatedly: "You need to go back to school, and learn something" "Grow some brains" "you're stupid" "You're only 21" "didn't your mother ever teach you anything" "its not my problem" then she hung up on me.

First visit: misdiagnosis on ultrasound
Second visit: Transvaginal ultrasound - arrived to appointment on time with a full bladder as required. 45 mins later, approached reception as I was feeling quite ill and needed an update on wait time, just said should be shortly. Approached reception 2nd time (waiting for 1hr 15 mins) and asked for my referral back as I'm going elsewhere and not coming back. She said nothing, and left reception and that's when a male employee called my name. Also, he did the transvaginal procedure with no female present, so not sure whether a female is suppose to be in room or not? Do not recommend and won't be going back.

Approximate cost: $Medicare

I had the exact same experience! Obviously it wasn't just me! The results were so unclear, my specialist sent elsewhere so he could get an acurate xray/ultrasound!

Not a radiology company that I would recommend , The service was okay - The error's they made was not good they put the wrong DOB on my records the sonographer did not double check that my age was correct and having to come back the next day to collect your
films/report is un-exceptable ! Having worked in this sector patients should be allowed to go with the films and reports forwarded to the doctor concerned. Also the doctor was not that informative on questions that I wanted to know ?
Will not return : (
