My experience with this hairdresser has been disappointing. I believe in giving people a fair go and have visited the salon several times. In my experience I have found: Staff is often late for morning appointments, leaving the nervous new staff trying to make clients feel comfortable; seems to be prepared quite readily to take on new staff who don't really seem to know what they are doing - not their fault, we all start off this way, but they need the right guidance from them!; staff is at times quite rude and obnoxious to new staffs in front of clients, doesn't listen to requests - asked for fine foils got chunks; burns scalp when blow drying which is quite scary and uncomfortable; answers social as well as business phone calls whilst cutting hair; and finally butchered last hair cut, it is obviously uneven. Won't be back.
