We recently stayed here with my wife's family. It was a cosy little place. Very modern though and clean. It's also kid friendly especially for our two toddlers. Great pricing

We just stayed here last weekend while we were at a wedding. we loved it. It had such a homely feel to it. Was extremely clean. The rooms were also very generous and had everything we needed. It was also a hot day so we were in the pool for most of the 2nd day!!! It was fantastic

Stayed here a few times and loved it. Close walk ti the pines shopping centre for food supplies. The unit we stayed in was amazing and well kept, it backed onto a little (river) and it was nice to swim in. The unit had its own private pool which was a huge bonus. Lots of permanent residents in here but still quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

I have stayed here many times, it is great value for money very clean, the managers are very accommodating and friendly, I have been upgraded a few time and will always recommend this place because even though it has budget pric es its a great family place and so close to pines shopping centre.

We stayed at the Isle of Palms a couple of months before xmas 2012, we had a waterside unit which was lovely, as it is great sitting outside and overlooking the water. They had a pool just near our unit, it had a little waterfall which the kids loved. They spent a lot of time in it. The units were two story and really nice, it has a full kitchen, so we shopped and got groceries at the shopping centre which is almost next door. I especially loved how you could drive right into the shed, and not have to lug suitcases up and down stairs all day.

I used to reside in this resort. On my recommendation, my parents just spent a weeks holiday there,( they were required to pay up front as they were travelling from interstate), and were bitterly disappointed. They were given no fresh towels for showering, the washing machine was putrid, the floors were dirty, the vacuum cleaner did not work and the entire unit was shabby, large bleach stains were on the carpet and the curtains were hanging off their hooks. Run down barely describes the unit (No. 31) and there was mildew/mould in the shower/bath. One of the plastic outdoor chairs snapped when my elderly father sat on it, almost causing an injury, we replaced the chair with a brand new one from Bunnings, upon mentioning it to management, they stated that there was usually a charge of $20 for breaking a plastic chair, but would waiver this charge as my father had replaced it. He was not reimbursed for the chair, which was old and decayed from the weather. None of the gate locks were working, enabling my 18month old niece access to the roadway. We have taken pictures of the disgraceful condition of the unit my parents stayed in, they left this morning feeling very let down, and I feel terrible for telling them how great this place was. Obviously management has let the place run down, my advice would be to inspect your proposed room BEFORE you pay one cent.
