ISP

I went to ISP because I heard that it is an old and reputable business. I had a towbar installed there. As a result the most of the clips and screws in the boot are missing, the baby sit bolt wasn't screwed back, the mechanic just left it loose in the boot. I am very disappointed, didn't expect receive such unprofessional and careless service. Today I went back and without a word they put all the clips and screws back, it took 10mins. The mechanic said "Sorry about that". I hope there are people who received a lot better service by ISP and it was just MY unlucky day.....
