The frozen yogurts here are to die for!! It's like a healthy alternative to ice-cream so I don't feel guilty eating it :) I work in Westfield so I'm a regular customer. For lunch I get the Berry Crunch which is Granola and fresh mixed berries in layers of natural yogurt mmm.. They have a large variety to choose from. Sometimes around lunch time the line gets quite long so the wait is a while. When this happens the staff are always apologetic and you see them running around hectically trying to get our orders to us. I see a lot of customers giving the staff a difficult time but I honestly don't think that there's anything they can do - obviously they're going to serve the person in front of you in the line first. If you can't wait 5 minutes, go there when it's not so busy (in the morning or a little after lunch?). Though when the order arrives, I think it's totally worth the wait.
