The driver from J&A (travelling a dirty and unmarked van) stormed into the front office area (which clearly says staff only) and starts talking over the staff member who was already on the phone to a customer demanding a fork lift driver to unload them. Then after a fork lift driver went out to the loading bay they proceeded to berate the fork lift driver because they had to remove the pallet we keep on the fork tines for interal use (wasting his time), then having loaded up the fork the driver refused to wait until the fork lift was placed in the safe area and shut down but instead demanded the driver sign his papers before doing so. Whilst the fork driver proceeded to the safe parking area the J&A driver again stormed into the front office, screamed at the office lady to sign his paper work (when she hadn't even sighted the goods), went out to his van and then exited via the in gate at a speed well above the site speed limit. I've been working in logistics for over 30 years and this was one of the worst deliveries it's even been my misfortune to be part of.
