I've been taking my car to Jamie for two years - mostly for regular services and small maintenance items - and been very happy. Jamie's always calm and systematic - he's good at explaining what needs to be done and why, and at keeping in contact for when the car is ready etc. His prices seem very reasonable to me. His workshop is always full - I take that as a good sign. It's a bit out of town, which may be a minus, but I enjoy the short walk back into Ballan and sometimes he has a loan car I can borrow. I'm very happy and will keep going there. Thanks Jamie!

went to J and A to have my car serviced. The service was really well priced, cheapest in town. The service was done within a great time for a great price. The customer service is really good, nothing is too hard. Jaimie is great.

I rang them on short notice as my car was overdue for a service and they booked me in and had it done 2 days later. I took the car there in the morning and he drove me home again and then offered to come back and pick me up when it was finished. Don't get service like that too often.
