I've been taking my car to Jamie for two years - mostly for regular services and small maintenance items - and been very happy. Jamie's always calm and systematic - he's good at explaining what needs to be done and why, and at keeping in contact for when the car is ready etc. His prices seem very reasonable to me. His workshop is always full - I take that as a good sign. It's a bit out of town, which may be a minus, but I enjoy the short walk back into Ballan and sometimes he has a loan car I can borrow.
