Joseph took on a very challenging job of replacing my Dance studio upstairs air con - which had been damaged by a storm. He purchased the air con and hired the right labourers (who were very polite and helpful ) to do the job. He then notified me of a major problem with my other air con - and organised for that to be cleaned out and re gased at the same time he was fixing my first air con. Joseph was always helpful and kind to me during a most frustrating situation. What I loved the most, was that he was funny and entertaining - but at the same time he pushed through and got this difficult job done. Thank you to Joseph and his team for a job well done. You certainly put a smile on my face today!

Joseph has reneged on a deal to do some jobs for us. He took a big portion of money for 4 jobs, did 2 of them and said he would return to complete them and collect last bit of payment.
Seems like he is refusing to return and leaving us out of pocket big time

The work was in time and accurate. Honesty was that was best in that he asked only for the right parts that were damaged from my evap. I was worried about replacing the whole unit
