I decided to take up cycling around a year ago and purchased a bicycle.

The staff member was able to provide all the advice to ensure I did not spend an unnecessary amount of money while I still obtained a high quality bike which was adjusted to my size.

I was also advised which accessories I should purchase both initially and as time has passed.

The subsequent services offered since purchase have been beneficial to ensure maximise the useful life of my bike.

I bought a bike from here recently. Around late April 09.
They knew everything about all their products and the sales people were the people that were doing maintenance on the bikes too. So of course they knew about it.
Otherwise, even though they were sales people, they didn't push anyone to buy anything out of their range. Yet they were able to suggest and assist in the selection of every aspect. So I thought this was a very professional touch.
