Jacqui was wonderful in putting together such a beautiful celebration of life for our mum Cheryl. She is very understanding and has a natural gift in providing guidance, care and sensitivity during an extremely difficult time. Thanks heaps Jacqui.

On behalf of the family and friends, please accept our sincere thanks for your part in Wendy's “send off” . I use the words send off as Wendy once said to me that, "when you send me off I hope its a happy one". And that it was.

Every one contributed and may I say we all did very well considering the circumstances.

We have had some contact with people who were at the funeral and all have said how nice it was and the venue was just perfect.

Anne and I have read through the attachment and we both thinks it's wonderful. The pictures are terrific and certainly express the day well.

I will pass it on to the family and those that I think would like to see it.

Again many, many thanks and hope our paths may cross again but in better circumstances.

We knew how we wanted mum’s funeral to feel – loving, quiet, elegant and no drama. Jacqui spent the time with us to learn about mum and our family and guided us through ensuring the service was exactly as we hoped. Many people at the funeral commented on Jacqui and her warmth. Her care included the small things that make a difference such as bringing copies of our speeches and putting together bouquets from the flower arrangement. Jacqui thank you.

Jacqui is a very unique and dedicated professional.
