Being one of 5 siblings, partners and grandchildren Jacqui did not miss any information provided especially when we can be quite loud at times. Just a short note from me personally, to thank you for the wonderful, heartfelt farewell service you delivered for Dad (and our family) last Friday.
We, the children, were all delighted with the outcome and feel Dad would have been very happy also (not that he liked a fuss much).
It was really a lovely day for us all, catching up with relatives we haven't seen for so long (the last funeral probably) and old friends of Mum & Dad's also. We were fortunate to all spend the evening at Anne's place together talking of Dad and Mum with much joy and laughter. We are very lucky children to have had parents like those two.
And we all agreed you did a great job.
Again, you made us all very comfortable and guided us through a beautiful service celebrating Dad's life, and I thank you so much for that.

We had Jacqui conduct my mums funeral in Feb 2019 and then dads funeral in January 2020. Jacqui was a god send made the whole process before the funerals easier to deal with and the day of both funerals she was professional but also showed compassion towards our families.
