The single star is there just because I received a full refund. Even with a second attempt of redoing my colour less than an hour after the first...I needed another salon to sort out the mess of missed and patchy root colour and foils. NEVER going to Jade again....nor will I be recommending you to anyone. In all my years of cuts and colours have never been so unhappy with a salon!

Ive been here a couple of times now and have been really happy with the job they do. I went in after not being happy with my cut from my last hairdresser and the girls here did a great job. I explained I needed a but that was easy to maintain and I could tie back as well (young kids) and the cut was stylish but so easy to maintain. They even tweaked the colour a bit so that it suited my skin tone even more for the summer months. Prices are reasonable and staff so friendly but professional

I went in to Jade and asked to a style cut to make my long unruly hair short and neat. Debbie did an amazing job. She explained what she recommedned based on my hair type and what products i should use, but she never pushed any products on me. I now have a light and easy to maintain hair style for summer.
