They have failed to show up twice now. This morning I've called several times to see where they are and they're 2 hours late; very frustrating when they wont return phone calls and you've re-organised your work day to be home waiting for a plumber. They're now deleted from my contacts list. Do not waste your time waiting they will never come.

A one man band. Very down to earth with none of the usual rubbish or grumbling if it's a small job. I got a good feeling about Jaime when I first met him and so far have not been disappointed. So far he has always charged reasonably and done good work. His advice about what needs to be done has also been spot on and has sometimes saved me money or stopped me going down the wrong path.
