Jaleigh Blinds Curtains

I could not recommend this company.
Was not happy with the way the curtains hang after installation.
A rep came to review looking for an argument rather than a solution and then stood over me for final payment in front of her. She said that they look like that in the shop, but if that was the case I would'nt have ordered them.
Couldn't have cared less that I'm dissatisfied.
Go elsewhere and avoid the unpleasantness.

I have had two homes fitted with roller blinds from this business and the quality and service have been excellent.Had other quotes but found Jaleigh to be very reasonable.I will be dealing again with this company in the future.

Their pricing is considerably higher than others in the market so give them a miss all together. They are over priced and arrogantly rude.

I wanted a blind for my bathroom window. I visited the store to get an idea of the colour and trim. The girls in store could not have been helpful and I requested the free measure and quote. They called to work out the best time, turned up when they said they would and were done in about 10 minutes. The woman who did the quote also brought samples of the blinds and trims so I could see what worked best. The day the blind was installed they were, literally, in and out in 5 minutes. I am so happy with my blind and thrilled I went with Jaleigh!

I had Donna from Jaleigh blinds & Curtains come to my home to quote on plantation shutters. The service and advice I got from Donna was exellent. She gave me advice that was lacking from the other companies I had come out.
When I went to the showroom to look at the displays the staff there were very helpfull and it was great to be able to see what the finished product looked like.
The price was very competitve and the quality high.
I have had the shutters for two weeks now and could not be more happy with them.
A pleasure to deal with and would highly recomend

After a few quotes I decided to go with Jaleigh - we put put new blinds on every window of our house. We decided on Jaleigh due to their competitive price, the fact they were local, and their brilliant salesperson who gave a lot of advice and suggestions of what would work better for us, colour advice, and type of curtain advice.

The speed of the blind making and delivery and installation was fantastic. And the blinds look really great.

The only fault is I some of the roman blinds we got put up fall down quite regularly in the folds - so we have to keep clipping them back up - and some of the rods slip out of the sides of the blinds and we have to keep pushing them back in.

I think their fantastic prices are rather reliant on some budget cuts using cheap fittings - the clips are flimsy plastic... I have to buy some more so I can fix up the falling blinds.

I probably wouldn't recommend Jaleigh because of this and probably wouldn't use them again... I wish that I could say differently because when they are up properly they look great and the staff were so friendly and courteous.

I had a house of blinds made to order. The showroom has plenty of displays and Nathan the consultant was very helpfull. I hade quotes from some of the big names and Jaleigh was the best value by far. The job was completed on time and I m extremely happy with my new blinds.
