James Frizelles Waranty is crap .. mazda service center southport said they can not do my repairs because under manufacturers warranty i have to get it serviced twice a year with them .. its a used car so manufacturers warranty doesnt exsist ..
So they said no to repairing under warranty .

Rip off. warranty means nothing to them.

Bought a great second hand vehicle from James Frizelle's and given the assurance of a 3 month warranty that I extended for 6 months thought little could go wrong. Had an issue with a rear door not opening and have now waited for over a month for the Robina branch to get back to me to inform me of it is covered or not. Each call to them results in blame towards their 3rd party warranty company saying that they are still waiting to hear from them. My reply is 'I bought the vehicle through you'. Still waiting and will continue to call them weekly.
Advice - do not extend warranty with James Frizelle's via continued servicing - not worth the inflated service price and lack of 'service'.

Great firm to deal with as they really do look after you. My friend and I attended a women's workshop there and they were so informative. We were shown how to change a tyre and gave us plenty of tips on how to maintain the running of the car. At the end of the of the program they gave us all a survival bag for the car.

Me and my family have bought a few cars from James Frizelle's and would all highly recommend their dealership. We found they were very friendly and easy to deal with and offered us the best price by far.

In the market for a used car well don't go to these guys, they hounded me every day by telephone to come down. When I got down on Saturday they valued our trade in at $5,000 where other yards valued at $10,000 they are total rip off merchants. I would not recommend them as they are out to make a big profit not be reasonable.
