Bought a great second hand vehicle from James Frizelle's and given the assurance of a 3 month warranty that I extended for 6 months thought little could go wrong. Had an issue with a rear door not opening and have now waited for over a month for the Robina branch to get back to me to inform me of it is covered or not. Each call to them results in blame towards their 3rd party warranty company saying that they are still waiting to hear from them. My reply is 'I bought the vehicle through you'. Still waiting and will continue to call them weekly.
Advice - do not extend warranty with James Frizelle's via continued servicing - not worth the inflated service price and lack of 'service'.
