james could not fix my problem for at least a week as he was busy. BUT 3 calls to him for advice and i fixed it myself.It was not a problem to him (although i was interrupting his work). This is what i call service.He will definately stay in my contacts list as my preferred plumber and i will recomend him to any who ask. A TRADIE WHO CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER RELATIONS. Very happy with the job done; James was a very friendly and professional man who explained everything so that I (who doesn't know anything about plumbing) could understand. He was also thorough in his investigation of my leaky pipe situation. He had to break a whole in my wall and made me take a photo before patching it up so that my husband could see what he'd done inside. Overall, he spent a good 3.5 hours investigating, replacing the damage pipe and water heater valve, testing and cleaning up. Thank you, James!
