james could not fix my problem for at least a week as he was busy. BUT 3 calls to him for advice and i fixed it myself.It was not a problem to him (although i was interrupting his work). This is what i call service.He will definately stay in my contacts list as my preferred plumber and i will recomend him to any who ask. A TRADIE WHO CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER RELATIONS.
