The prices here are more expensive than the sushi trains in my hometown, adelaide, but the quality is fantastic! Me and my cousin had three plates each, and shared, so between us we sampled a variety of their lovely sushi, nori and other treats. We both had some california rolls, I had some teriyaki chicken, and we had a variety of tempura dishes. All were totally fantastic. I can heartily recommend!
Ps - the best place to sit is on the innermost wall, in front of the chefs. We were sitting far from the chefs, and kept being usurped by other customers, who grabbed the most popular dishes before we had a chance to, haha.

This is a very busy sushi train restaurant. The sushi is amazing, prepared right before your eyes. There are plenty of servers if you want a drink or a side dish. You can normally order anything on the menu including the sushi. All and all this is a great experience and you pay for it. The sushi plates average $4.50 each so don't go there starving.

Lovely cuisine here, and the plates are clearly coloured as to how much you are to pay, which makes it great on the hip pocket. A large selection of menu items and the food is at its finest here. I love the fact you can watch them make the food. Highly recommend a try.

A great place ofr lunch or a light tea in Perth city.

The beauty of Jaws is that you can control how much you spend, with each plate colour corresponding to a different price

The quality of the sushi here is second to none. The food is always extremely fresh, and you can see it being made in front of you.

My reccomendation- try the octopus balls! Amazing!

Will definitely be returning here.

LOVE the sushi here. It's always fresh and tasty and lots of varieties available. The staff here are really sweet and helpful. Their miso soup is also very yummy. The little seating area inside is nice to sit in to have a break from shopping. Small and quiet so can have a chat with a friend too. Good prices and discount if you buy 2 sushi rolls. 10/10 :)

Great little sushi place in the city, one of the better ones Perth has to offer. Comfortable seating, friendly and attentive service and excellent sushi. An excellent range to choose from, authentic flavours and usually very fresh. Have only had one experience where the sushi seemed a little off. Bit pricey but worth it for a tasty meal. Take away option available but we usually dine in because the atmosphere is enjoyable.

Good variety of sushi available (love the prawn ones) and the staff are really sweet, friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that sometimes it isn't as fresh as it could be and that they don't accept the entertainment book vouchers - only their stores near Perth Mint does

Good quality sushi in town. Ok pricing but we really like the variety of sushi on board. We like the spicy prawn sushi best.

Jaws East Perth is a smallish restaurant with seating capacity for maybe 20 or so patrons at the sushi conveyer. The kaiten sushi style involves a central open sushi making area that is surrounded by a conveyer belt system that is used to display sushi for customers to choose from. Customers sit around the conveyor belt system and select sushi on display or can choose and order additional sushi that is on the menu. The atmosphere at Jaws East Perth is casual and quite cosy, and all the staff appeared to be all Japanese with Japanese accents. Great good, mostly cold dishes, and you can takeaway!

JAWS sushi is one of the better restaurants for sushi, although it is a little pricey. Great food, great customer service. Staff all converse in Japanese and English. Free tea is provided and places to sit while queueing are provided too. Food is always fresh; including the seafood.

This is the best sushi I've ever eaten. It is so authentic and delicious. It's quite pricey though - especially the small servings. I could probably eat 10 sushi cones in one day.

I'm a lover for food and entertainment so you'll probably see me rate a lot of those businesses but anyways people have no idea how hard it is to find a train sushi store in Perth. I mean there's heaps in Sydney but only like 3 in Perth. Train/Rally Sushi is when sushi is in twos on a little plate and goes around on a convey belt and you get to pick what you want to eat. I found the PERFECT place on Hay street out in the city. There sushi may not be the cheapest but it is definitely the best I've had in Perth. They have a great variety of sushi e.g. sweet egg etc. and less the seaweed roll type sushi. The service is great, it follows the hearty Japanese format and you should go!!!
