Hi Elle83, thanks for sharing your less than optimal experience. While it may be seen as an encouraging sign that the business in question has left a message for you to contact them in relation to this matter, whether or not the matter is resolved to your satisfaction (and is not just a publicity stunt) remains to be seen. Having said this however we would like to encourage you to give them the benefit of the doubt and see what resolution they are prepared to offer. We also request that you keep the WOMO community updated with any development that may arise, positive or negative. Unfortunately, Jax' feedback was a case of too little too late. I have since moved out of the area and have had no intention of driving the 50 minutes to go back.
To be honest, I contacted them twice after my car went in - once to complain about the squealing, and the second about the not starting and was dismissed both times. Although they were polite, it wasn't dealt with in the timely manner that was required.
I do however appreciate the efforts they made via WOMO - even if it was 2 and a half years later.
