Very unhappy with representative, we had to get a certified service representative in and they advised that nothing had been done to service our units, which Jay's had advised they had serviced. They also demanded cash. We won't be using these people again. They came across as dubious and reliable, and have been proved to be so.

The level of professionalism, workmanship and competitive price was, in both my family and the people who referred Jay's Air Conditioning & Ventilation, absolutely great!. And a big bonus was, they were very accommodating when it came to scheduling the work around our needs and they actually cleaned up after themselves!
