BEWARE.
I purchased a gaming keyboard and requested Click & Collect.
When I was notified to come and pick it up, they said the couldn't find it.
The staff member said it was the last one in the store and I believe they sold it to someone else.
I'm very disappointed and my fingers are firmly crossed as I wait to hear from them to say they have another one at the store.

Very dissapointed with the customer servise and lack of assistance for long time customers. The staff member from JB HiFi at Bondi Westfields was very rude, unco-operative, unsupportive and unprofessional. Did not want to listen to what we had to say in regards to the faulty product and frankly could not be bothered. We were loyal customers once but our faith and loyalty has been deminished by the terrible customer service experience. Too much competition around and we would rather shop and direct our family members and friends to shop where they can receive not only the best prices but also the best customer service.

jb hifi is a good store and has a lot of great products but the service is terrible me and my friend waited more than 45 minutes for the guy to come turn a radio on for us

Great place for cheap DVDs and Blue Ray films. A bit of a cramped shopping space and it is always packed with shoppers. They do fantastic deals on TVs although the shop assistants can be a bit pushy.

This shop is amazing in terms of variety of products. They always have dvd's and music that i can't find in shops anywhere. plus the prices are good and if i cant find something they order it in or I can buy it online

I love JBHifithey have the best range of Laptops,Cameras,music,Hi-fi and home audio,cheap DVD's ,mobile phones and Portable electronics

I like going to this shop the staff are competent and friendly speak a language you understand give good advice and I don't have the feeling that i gonna be rip off.
Great choice of laptop and music. and it's easy to find everything.
