Thr staff members certainly provide outstanding customer. They should be acknowledged and rewarded for their great work as they are true assets to the company and will keep the customers happy and coming back for more. I only buy my jewellery and gifts from this store and I've never been disappointed with quality and price of the beautiful items sold there.

The most appalling disgusting over the counter customer service we have ever experienced at any cafe in Sydney and we have been to plenty of them to recognise the difference between professional and pleasant customer service to what we've experienced today at Coco Noir Eastgardens. The woman who served me was outright rude, unprofessional, extremely unpleasant, arrogant, unfriendly and obnoxious. And on top of being treated like [redacted due to offensive language] by the staff the coffee was absolutely disgusting! I will NEVER go back there again and will recommend anyone to go to any other cafe rather than this one. In order for this business to survive, the owner should be present at all times to oversee staff and their interactions with the customers

I went to this salon on the weekend to do my nails and was very impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I am extremely happy with the job Ann did on my acrylic nails, they look amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who does their nails and in my opinion this is the best place in Earlwood by far.

This place is amazing, it stocks the widest range of all kinds of tiles at very reasonable prices. The service is second to none. I have used TFO for a few years and all my friends, family and myself could not be happier. A huge thank you to the manager Aresh Aminzadeh for his outstanding service and the way he accommodated all our needs during our ongoing home renovation. I highly and honestly recommend TFO in Smithfield to everyone. Outstanding!

If you really feel like some donuts I do not recommend that you go through this drive through as the wait to get your order seems like eternity. Last night we ended up doing just that again but this time received the worst customer services ever, I was actually getting paranoid that the lady who served us might spit in our thick shakes. She was laughing while taking our order and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of apologising at the end she actually was trying to argue with us and continued to laugh. I still can't get over this horrendous experience and will definitely not be going back

This place is amazing. Every visit is so pleasant and memorable. The food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced and kids meals are free on Sunday. A huge thank you to Shannon for making my grandmothers party so enjoyable on Sunday. Shannon is fantastic and did all possible to make us feel special and enjoy our time at Coco's. Will definitely be going back there again and again

each time we decide to have a meal at the Juniors it seems to get worse and worse. The food is pretty average, the portions seems smaller but the price is higher. The service is disgracefully terrible. Staff never smile or even speak politely to customers, very rude and negative. Don't think will be going there anytime soon

We always come to this McDonalds not just because their food tastes great because of its freshness but also because we always receive the best service. All the staff are so friendly and polite and you are sure to receive a service with a smile. Our favourite staff member is a young man named Casey. Casey is amazing and we nominate him for an employee of the year award.
