Great store, always has everything I am looking for. The one problem I always have when shopping here is getting a staff member who is available that can answer my questions. Staff are always helpful when available though

I have made many purchases from here. I usually get what I went there for. The staff are always friendly. The only catch is it is usually hard to catch someone to talk to, but I understand staffing is difficult so I am usually patient with them.

WOW! What a great range, and how do they cram so much into what looks like a little store! The staff are very knowledgeable in their area's of expertise or they are happy to find another person who can answer your questions.

now this is a greta store to go to for bargains, they have a huge reange of movies and music at rediculous prices, all of the best products on the market you are sure to find there with the most competitive prices, plus the service is great

Visited the store to buy a carry case for a video camera that I already owned as well as some discs for the camera. The staff member was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for and the prices were much lower than I expected to pay.

J B Hi Fi always offer competitive prices on all their items. The staff are particularly good and take the time to explain without pushing you to buy. The shop has a nice atmosphere and you feel comfortable just browsing through all the equipment.
