I went in there with a gift voucher, and had to keep asking staff "where is this?..." they were so helpful. We also asked about televisions, and had a guy explain the different types, power usage etc, he was so helpful, even though he knew that we were not going to get a TV that day.

The staff are very helpful when asked for help. They have pretty good sales items. Store is always busy and open late hours which is nice for people who work later.

JB HI FI Capalaba I have found to be the best of their stores to go to. The service can be up and down depending on who you get but mostly it is good. They defiantly give you value for money. Make sure you shop around first and then take them your best price, their is only one time they didn't beat the price.

I went there to get a new printer for my computer. The salesman was really helpful and gave me lots of advice. They even gave me the printer for the same price as their online store. Which was really cheap. They offer an extended warranty where you bring it back to the store if there are any problems, you don't have to worry about taking it to a service centre, which is even better.
