I have been a few times and I see that the price and quality is not too bad. At the same time there is a satisfactory customer service. The negative would be the fact that there are too many products and the shop looks disorganised. This causes frustration to the customer especially if you are trying to find something quickly. It s almost impossible.

Perfect, like the casualness of the business, their employees know what they are talking about and where they are exactly, i like how they run and help you.

Service at JB at Carindale is great, it can get a little busy at times but all over its a good store. You always know you will get the cheapest price at JB.

A great store, carries a very wide selection of dvd's blu rays, games, tv's and everything else home entertainment!

Any DVD you want, you can find here. The prices are a little bit more expensive than Big W but this store has much more range.

I'd been wanting to purchase a particular electronic product for some time but could come to a decision as I didn't feel confident I'd make the right choice & didn't have enough info but when my boyfriend & I went to JB Hi Fi @ Carindale I was very pleased with the salesman there who happily answered my many questions & queries without an iota of annoyance. The service was beyond other stores that we also price checked that day. They even put the product aside for us whilst we went to price check & were great when we returned. Their service couldn't be faulted, even helping with the start-up of the product, then when my boyfriend didn't really know how to do what he thought he did I went back into the store the same afternoon & asked the man again & he showed me in-store with another similar product so that I knew exactly what to do. I was very impressed.

I have tried to shop at this store on many occasions, but mostly there is a distinct lack of service. This store appears to be grossly understaffed. I usually find the staff helpful but rushed off their feet. I would buy more there if the service improved.

this store is usually busy so you sometimes have to wait for a staff members help but they have there own departments and can usually take you straight to what you are looking for. They are cheaper than most retailers and have a huge range of old and new Cd's, games and DVDs where most big stores are cutting back their range to only newer titles.

JB Hi Fi is where i always end up purchasing any music albums and dvd's because i find they have the best prices and usually have what I'm looking for and if they haven't they phoned around their other stores to hold one for me
