Each salesman sent me to another area, finaly I got the right salesman, but he could not stop leaning on the cash register. I found the part quicker than he did. The lack of stock knowledge was very apparent. Bad service.

I went there to look into buying a car stereo. It took ages to find someone that could help me in that department which was a bit annoying. The guy who specialized in that area was very helpful though and very knowledgeable about various systems and what goes together. I would recommend going there but perhaps planning ahead regarding the amount of time it may take to be served.

Staff knowledgeable, friendly very helpful. Amazing prices when purchasing multiple items. Fabulous that the person serving you knows about multiple products and you are not passed on to another person in 'another department' due to lack of product knowledge.
Definitely HIGH on my list of preferred electrical retailers.

This is a great store to get cheap electronic goods. No need to run around looking for a better price. JB are always competitive and I would recommend them to anyone.

they take forever to serve you but once you get served they do look after you. Last time I went in there they even rang around the stores for me looking for the product I wanted to purchase
