I ordered online & they said they could not deliver, I had to pick up. When I got there there were 2 delivery drivers there.
I paid for the pizza by debit card, they charged me twice. When I complained to the manager, they said they would refund the over charge. When I checked my bank statement the next morning, they charge me again. I promptly alerted the manager by email. 3 days past & finally a refund. All this without an appology, all they could do was defend there staff. The customer was irrelevant inthis matter. This was a bad experience.

Each salesman sent me to another area, finaly I got the right salesman, but he could not stop leaning on the cash register. I found the part quicker than he did. The lack of stock knowledge was very apparent. Bad service.
I had to get something unusual, well this young blond chap could not do enough for me. He solved problem & understood what i needed. Great service. I wll be back.
The young are rarely service orientated, but i found a young shop who could not do enough for me. It was a great experience.
