COVID19: Robina Gold Coast Store. I went to the the store mid morning and went to sanitise my hands at the entrance and it was empty.

So, I went over to the male staff member (wears glasses) and told him there was no hand sanitiser left at the entrance, he just said ok and kept looking at his screen, I said I need some hand sanitiser, he did not even look at me and literally threw the hand sanitiser pump bottle across the desk (i was at least 1.5m away from him on his left, he continued to look at his screen.

The lady on the other side of him thought it was pathetic has I was treated, when I spoke to her after.

Absolutely Discraeful !!!.

How many people entered the store and touched items with out been given the opportunity to sanitise their hands before entering the store???

I was so disappointed I left the store and went elsewhere for my purchase.

I love jb hi fi, but the staff in robina are really helpful and friendly. I got a great deal on my I mac from there and I love there huge selection of music and dvds.

Love this JB, staffs are professional and friendly. They can ALWAYS get you a good deal. I bought my WII and my laptop at this shop and they could always knock back the price quite a bit for both purchases.

JB is actually a lot of fun just to visit and check out all the cool new gadgets, and surprisingly the help there is better than expected. The staff are always friendly and some actually remember me which is always nice. I have had a few issues in the past though as they are not very good at following queries up.

I go to this business to buy, buy, and buy lots of DVD's at such good prices. Usually I compare with other businesses that sell the same product, and JB always is cheaper for the exact same product. They have a huge collection of music, games - everything you want involving entertainment!
