As less people buy movies and/or music in this age, JB has tried to keep up by offering competitive prices. While I would never buy music from there, it is good for the occasional special on a classic DVD if it is under $15. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Was looking all over for a specific dvd title, after talking to the staff about the title they informed me that the title was sold out everywhere.but they informed me that the title was about to be reprinted by the manufacturer, once i heard this i was told they could pre order me a copy with only a small deposit.
Long story short dvd came in in about 2 weeks and cant be happier.

I needed to find a specific (obsucre) ABBA CD - it wasn't there, so I let it go without placing an order. The following week I walked in and they recognised and approached me and were able to locate the CD for me.
