My daughter and I highly recommend this store. Always price competitive, helpful and knowledgeable staff not just with locating CD's and DVD but always able to give good technical advice for computers, cameras and many other items so you can make the best decision for what you need. They go the extra mile for customers.

I went in for an inperticular charger for a phone that I have which isnt very popular. They helped me and I got what I needed. Very polite staff and always willing to help you. I liked how they had the charger i was looking for, i had been in 4 other stores in my area and then this one had it. i will for sure go back.

This store is extremely busy, it is hard to find staff to help, they are around, usually busy, but will help in turn. I wanted an iPad. JB matched Harvey Normans sale price (Harvey Norman were out of stock until Monday, this was Saturday)& threw in a discount for a case with keyboard. The sales guy was excellent, friendly, explained what extras I really didn't need, no high pressure sales, so saved me money there. There's so much great stuff there, CD's, DVD's, hard to get out!
